What University Should I Go To If I want To Study Meteorology (Weather)?

I want to study meteorology in university but I don't know which universities would do that. Does anyone know what university should I go to (By the way I live in Perth, so what university, IN PERTH, should i go to? P.S my dream job is to be a tornado chaser in the USA.
