What do you 'like + dislike' most about YOUR Boarding Faciliy?

I'm trying to compile a list of: Common mistakes made due to lack of good Management at Boarding Facilities. And also a seperate list to show: The most common traits of GREAT Boarding Facilities. : ) Thank you for your help.
