Pre-pharmacy please help!?

I am currently an upcoming third year pre-pharmacy student. I haven't made an A in any of my science classes (mostly B's), but the lowest grade I have is a C in Microbiology. I just finished taking physics I and I received a C-. I'm freaking out a little and I feel like I just ruined my chances of pharmacy school. Should I retake physics or just keep my grade? If i retake it, I will most likely be in college an extra year, which I REALLY don't want! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
