Severe Thunderstorms and Tornadoes. Hate 'em! Anyone else scared to death of them? How do you cope?

I live in Kentucky.Where I live it is literally a magnet for storms and tornadoes-no freaking lie.So my family got a storm shelter-I highly recommend you get one.They're safe and can hold 15 people(my family has tried it)I am terrified of storms..I just breathe calmy and I like to get me a bag ready of everything I need(to keep you occupied)I also like to go over the plans that need to go into action for a tornado...I also pray..That helps calm you down.Maybe get a stress ball...And guess what as we speak,there is this huge line of storms coming in my state but I'm just watching the weather and being calm
