Please help Physics savy people- Electricity Ac and transformers?

I always get into trouble for being to excited about physics and am on the verge of being kicked out of this class. I have found that when I ask the teacher physics related questions he forgets to tell me off, however I am running out of ideas for questions. We are currently studying Electricity Ac and transformers any ideas would be great :)
