What is a tag chaser?

Tag chaser is a woman who will only date a man in uniform and an spot a military man even when he's just doing his regular routine. Those women are only in love with the uniform.. not the man. Why would you want to spot a tag chaser?? lol. Makes no sense. Being with a reservist is probably one of the easiest things to do lol. So good luck.
